                        1/4 cow* (100 lbs.) - $6.25 per pound  

                                                        or

                         1/2 cow* (200 lbs.) - $6.00 per pound

You will get a mix of roasts, steaks, ribs, stew and burger including the best cuts of steaks. It is also possible to get all burger.  
 
Note:  100 lbs of meat will take approximately 3 cubic feet of freezer space.
