                        1/4 cow* (100 lbs.) - $5.75 per pound  

                                                        or

                            1/2 cow* (200 lbs.) - $5.50 a pound

You will get a mix of roasts, steaks, ribs, stew and burger including the best cuts of steaks. It is also possible to get all burger. You can select your preferred cuts If you order by March 31 for mid-April pick up. 
 
Note:  100 lbs of meat will take approximately 3 cubic feet of freezer space.
